We know you have questions... Well, we have answers!
If you do not see your question below, please do not hesitate to contact us.
How long will it take?
A: Time varies depending on the severity of damage. On average, we try to dry a home within 3-5 days.
Is your company insured?
A: Yes we are!
How much will the work cost?
Cost depends on the circumstances. If you are filing a claim, the max amount out of pocket you are paying is your deductible.
Do I have to sign a contract?
We offer free quotes. However, if hired we must have an approved contract signed by all parties in order to speak with insurance companies on your behalf.
What Insurance Companies do you work with?
All of them!
What will you do to take care of moisture?
To dry out the house, we demolish and remove any wet materials (dry wall, flooring, insulation and other materials that can absorb and retain water). After materials have been removed, we dry the structure of the house.
Will the process be loud?
Unfortunately, yes. Our industrial drying equipment is working hard to dry your home as quickly as possible.
How can I pay you?
You can pay by credit or check. If your insurance check is made out to you, then you can endorse the check to DB.
